Stephen Harney
Stephen and his wife Brook Harney, obeying the calling from God, founded the WOW- Church Without Walls. It has the purpose of preaching the gospel of Jesus and looking after the homeless in our community.
We are a group of Jesus Followers that are called to love the people, especially those on the streets, in the city of Oakland. We bring the Church to the streets! Preaching and praying.
